Each grantee will receive complimentary registration and financial support for eligible travel and accommodation expenses.

Preference will be given to physicians and scientists in early stages of their career.

Financial support is not transferable. All applications are reviewed by the financial support committee.

These are the maximum amounts:
– From 50 km: up to 100€
– From 200 km: up to 200€
– From 300 km: up to 300€
– Rest of Europe: up to 600€
– Rest of the world: up to 1500€

Proof of all expenses must be submitted via the online portal (which will be shared with grantees on approval of request) after the event to receive reimbursement.
