Due to a high number of submissions, the review deadline was extended to August 9. Notifications and instructions will be sent by calendar week 33 at the latest.

Yes, the abstract book will be published on the website, but it will only be accessible to registered participants.

Will rejected abstracts receive feedback?
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of submissions, individual feedback on rejected abstracts cannot be provided.

Can I withdraw my abstract after submission?
Yes, abstracts can be withdrawn before the review deadline by sending a written request to the organizing committee.
